Terms and Conditions – EQUILOFT GmbH

1. Scope, Services and Contract Formation

These terms apply to all services, therapies, consultations, massages and training offers of EQUILOFT GmbH, including Pilates, Yoga and Equibalance. Information on the website is for orientation and does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is formed once an appointment or course participation is firmly agreed orally or in writing.

For first-time bookings, the appointment may be held provisionally for up to 24 hours and becomes binding after advance payment. EquiHolistic, massages and training without medical prescription are private services and must be paid regardless of possible reimbursement by supplementary insurance or health insurance.

2. Health and Personal Responsibility

Training, physiotherapy and complementary consultations take place in cooperation with You and require active participation and appropriate physical and mental health. Please inform EQUILOFT GmbH before treatment or training about injuries, physical complaints, chronic illness, medication or pregnancy.

3. Billing and Health Insurance

Physiotherapy billing through mandatory health insurance requires a valid medical prescription. Clarification of possible reimbursement for complementary medicine, massage or consultation through supplementary insurance is the responsibility of the client or patient.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments for therapy, consultation, massage or individual training must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance by email, telephone, WhatsApp or SMS. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged at 100 percent and may be deducted from existing subscriptions or packages.

5. Subscriptions

All subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Validity begins on the purchase date and depends on the selected subscription type: single lesson 2 months, 5-session subscription 3 months, 10-session subscription 6 months, 20-session subscription 12 months. Unused sessions expire after the defined validity period unless a paid extension is agreed before expiry.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss francs. Training, massage and complementary consultation prices include Swiss VAT where applicable. Medically prescribed physiotherapy services are exempt from VAT according to legal provisions. EQUILOFT GmbH may adjust prices at any time; fully paid ongoing subscriptions are not affected retroactively.

7. Subscription Pauses and Studio Rules

In case of illness, accident, pregnancy or longer stays abroad, EQUILOFT GmbH will seek a fair solution for pausing or extending subscriptions. Respectful conduct, compliance with hygiene rules and following instructions on site are required.

8. Closures and Schedule Changes

If the studio is closed due to continuing education, holidays or planned absences, affected sessions will be credited or subscription validity extended accordingly. Timetable or offer changes are possible and do not entitle early termination or refund of paid fees.

9. Clothing and Hygiene

Close-fitting sportswear is recommended. Clothing with zippers, rivets, hard buttons or hook-and-loop fasteners is not permitted where it could damage equipment. Classical Pilates and Yoga are practiced barefoot or with non-slip socks. Used mats, tables and equipment surfaces must be cleaned after use.

10. Liability and Insurance

Clients and participants are responsible for adequate accident, health and liability insurance. Use of the premises, equipment and services is at Your own risk to the extent permitted by law. EQUILOFT GmbH accepts no liability for loss or theft of personal belongings.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is Altendorf SZ. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining terms remains unaffected.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed for contract fulfillment, customer support and billing according to Swiss data protection law. Details are available in the separate privacy policy.
